A Kurdish citizen from Bukan named Milad Mostafavi, a riding instructor, was arrested by the IRI security forces during a business meeting in the building of the Physical Education Department of Bukan.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at noon, Milad Mostafavi, an athlete from Bukan, was invited for a formal meeting after being contacted by the head of physical education of the city, Soleiman Siwara. He was arrested by the Iranian Intelligence Department forces in the building of the office.
According to reliable sources, this meeting was made with prior coordination between the intelligence department and physical education departments of Bukan and only for deception.
There is no information regarding the charges against Milad Mustafavi, the conditions of his detention, or the whereabouts of this Kurdish citizen.
