In the aftermath of the extensive arrests of citizens on the eve of the Woman, Life, Freedom movement anniversary, the following individuals were detained by the government forces of the Islamic Republic: Samaneh Asghari and Hamed Saber Baghi from Tehran, Farshad Rangian from Dehdasht, Ali Gholami from Shirvan, Mohammad Hossein Hosseini from Mashhad, and Mehrdad Ghaderi from Tabriz.
 

According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization For Human Rights, On Thursday, September 14, 2023, government forces arrested Samaneh Asghari, a children's rights activist residing in Tehran, and conducted a search of her residence. Notably, she had previously been detained for a period of five months during the midst of the Woman, Life, Freedom movement last year.
 

On that very day, Farshad Rangian, a 24-year-old Lor citizen hailing from Dehdasht, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province, was apprehended and subjected to physical assault during a significant operation conducted by the Intelligence Department of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Notably, he marks the tenth citizen from Dehdasht to be arrested within the past week.
 

Furthermore, Hamed Saber Baghi, a former student of Sharif University, was apprehended by government forces at his residence in Tehran and subsequently transported to an undisclosed location. Worth noting is his previous arrest during the Woman, Life, Freedom movement in November 2022, from which he was eventually released on December 28 of the same year.


In the wake of the arrests that occurred on Thursday, Ali Gholami, a Shirvan native from North Khorasan and a former student of the Arman Association at the University of Science and Technology, was apprehended by government forces at his residence.
 

Mehrdad Ghaderi, a Turkish activist hailing from Tabriz, was apprehended by four uniformed intelligence officers on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. and subsequently transported to an undisclosed location.
 

Conversely, Mohammad Hossein Hosseini, a football player residing in Mashhad, was detained by government forces within the city. It's noteworthy that this athlete had experienced a temporary period of detention lasting four months during the Woman, Life, Freedom movement in 2022.
 

All of these citizens were transferred to undisclosed locations subsequent to their arrests by government forces, and there is currently no available information regarding their well-being and circumstances.
