Five Kolbars Injured and 10 others Arrested on the borders of Saqqez

The Iranian Border Guards stationed at the Basam border of Saqqez opened fire on 15 Kolbars, and as a result, five of them were severely injured. Ten of these Kolbers were taken to the court, and five wounded Kolbers, whose identities were confirmed as Siamak Sohrabi, Hiwa, Khalid, Abdullah, and Keyvan, were transferred to the hospital.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Thursday, November 2, 2023, the Iranian Border Guards at the Basam border of Saqqez injured five Kolbars named Siamak Sohrabi, Hiwa, Khalid, Abdullah, and Keyvan with direct shooting.
According to an informed source, after shooting directly, the Iranian armed forces severely beat up these Kolbars on the way to Shafa Hospital in Saqqez. As a result, one of these Kolbars, named Hiwa, was transferred to the intensive care unit, and another one, named Siamak, was shot by 80 pellets from behind, and his condition is reported to be critical. Also, another wounded Kolbar named Abdullah will possibly be transferred to Tabriz due to the severity of his injuries.
Also, ten other Kolbars, whose identities are being investigated by Hengaw, have been taken to court after their arrest; their legal status and charges against them are unclear.
These Kolbars were arrested and wounded by the Iranian Border Guards at the Basam border of Saqqez while they were returning to Saqqez without any goods after three days of fruitless efforts to make a living.
