Four members of the Yarasan Civil Activists Consultative Assembly Seyed Amin Abbasi, Khairullah Haqjoyan, Pakzad Taheri, and Noshad Taheri were arrested by the Iranian security forces.

According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Friday, November 10, 2023, Seyyed Amin Abbasi, Khairullah Haqjoyan, Pakzad Taheri, and Noshad Taheri were arrested at the "Pataq" checkpoint, 15 km from the Sarpol Zahab road to Kermanshah.

These members of the Yarasan Civil Activists Consultative Assembly were arrested while returning from Qasr-e-Shirin to Kermanshah after meeting with Siavash Hayati, spokesperson of the Civil Activists Consultative Assembly and Secretary of United Kurdish Front, who is currently on leave.

Until the time of writing this report, the reasons for the arrest and the details of the accusations against these citizens have not been made available.

On Thursday, November 9, 2023, Siavash Hayati was sent on leave from Dizalabad prison in the middle of his one-year prison term. On May 13, 2023, he was arrested and taken to prison to serve the sentence.
