Ali Qadri, a Kolbar residing in Marivan, lost his life due to direct gunfire from the Revolutionary Guards forces while transporting goods near the city's borders.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Monday, December 18, 2023, Ali Qadri, a Kolbar hailing from the village of "Zanuri" in Kellatersan and residing in Marivan city, was fatally shot by the Revolutionary Guards forces.
Informed sources state that Ali Qadri, a father of four, was shot without warning at the border of "Asnava" city in Marivan while within the territory of Iraqi Kurdistan, resulting in his demise.
Hengaw has learned that the fatal shot targeted Ali Qadri's heart, and subsequently, IRGC forces relocated his body from the Iraqi Kurdistan Region to the borders of Marivan.
