Four Kolbars Wounded in Baneh Due to Armed Forces Gunfire

Three young kolbars, namely Sattar Sheikhi, Ayoub Mohammad Zadeh, and Ata Sadeghi from Saqqez, along with another kolbar from Divandarreh identified as Borhan Rahmani, sustained severe injuries while transporting goods at the Baneh border. The injuries resulted from direct gunfire by the Islamic Republic of Iran's armed forces.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Saturday, December 23, 2023, Ata Sadeghi from Saqqez was gravely wounded during the transportation of goods at the Hangazhall border of Baneh, facing direct gunfire from the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Ata Sadeghi has been subsequently transported to Shafa Hospital in Saqqez for necessary medical treatment.
On Friday, December 22, 2023, two additional kolbars, identified as Sattar Sheikhi (27 years old) and Ayoub Mohammad Zadeh (30 years old), both from Saqqez, sustained injuries at the same border due to direct gunfire from government troops. Ayoub Mohammad Zadeh, due to the severity of his injuries, has been transported to medical centers for further treatment.
Moreover, on Thursday, December 21, Borhan Rahmani from Divandarreh was injured by direct gunfire from border regiment troops at the Hangazhall border of Baneh.
