Hengaw: At least five Kurdish kolbars and merchants were killed and injured on the Iranian Kurdistan border in April. The decrease in the number of killed or injured Kolbars was due to the outbreak of the coronavirus and the closure of the borders.

According to the Hengaw statistics centre, at least five Kolbars and merchants were killed and injured on the border Iranian Kurdistan in April, 80 percent of whom were killed and injured by the direct fire of the Iranian armed forces.

According to the report, three Kolbars and merchant lost their lives and two Kolbars were injured.

Cause of death or injury:
Direct firing: 4 Cases ( 2 killed, 2 Wounded) 80% of total cases.
Natural Disasters: 1 Case ( 1 Killed) 20% of Total Cases.

Separation of victims by province:
West Azarbaijan Province (Urmia) (2 killed and 2 wounded).
Kurdistan Province (Sanandaj): 1 Killed
