Hengaw : At least 10 Kurdish citizens have been summoned by the Iranian-Islamic Revolutionary Guards’ (IRGC) Intelligence center for interrogation and a number of them have been detained following the contentions that took place last week between Iranian police and the villagers .
This happened while the Iranian Police were trying to seize local Kurdish businessmen’s loads and cattle. as a result The residents of Zardavi village in Bayangan district of Paveh county, Kermanshah province protested and prevented the police from seizing people’s belongings and also broke the Iranian police’s military vehicles.
According to a report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at least 10 citizens of Zardavi village from the Bayangan district of Paveh were summoned to the Iranian-Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps’ Intelligence center whom 4 of them identified as Bilal Babaei (the village’s mayor ),Behnam Weysi, Yaser Heydari, Ahmad Biyabani and Simko Heydari have been detained so far .
According to an informed source, Simko Heydari was released on bail on the evening November 10 but 3 other citizens were taken to an unknown location.
A citizen of Zardavi village, who did not want his name to be mentioned for security reasons, told Hengaw that 5 other citizens, Qader Azizi, Helaleh Azizi, Donya Azizi, Kofieh Heydari and Zahra Heydari, were summoned and interrogated too .
They have been temporary released on bail until Saturday, November 14 .
On Thursday last week, the Iranian police went to the village of Zardavi to seize and confiscate the loads and cattle belonging local Kurdish businessmen, but failed due to people’s reaction and support for the businessmen.
Hengaw previously released a video that Iranian security forces were firing in the air to disperse protesters and create fear and terror among them .

The Iranian police forces attacked village of Zardoei, in Bayangan district of Paveh in Kermanshah province, Eastern Kurdistan to seize the loads belonging to the local Kurdish workers by threatening them with pointless shootings.
