Mohammad Rasoul Eliasy, 27, a citizen from "Gargoul Olya" village in Piranshahr, who had previously been sentenced to 18 months in prison by the Judiciary system, was arrested on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, after being summoned to the Revolutionary Court of Piranshahr. 

He was transferred to the Central Prison of Naqadeh to serve his sentence. 
 
The Kurdish citizen was arrested on Sunday, March 1, 2020, along with six more citizens of Piranshahr by the Revolutionary Guards Intelligence forces without a warrant and was released temporarily two weeks later until the end of the trial. 
 
Mohammad Rasoul Eliasy was later sentenced to 18 months in prison on charges of "membership in Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran" by the Piranshahr Revolutionary Court, headed by Judge Reza Sadeghi. 
 
It is worth mentioning that Mohammad Rasoul Eliasy is married and has a child.
