A citizen from Shinabad village of Piranshahr called Eskandar Bispar, 35, was arrested on Monday, September 12, 2022, by the Intelligence forces of this city.
According to the report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, the intelligence forces raided the house of Eskandar Bispar at 3 am and arrested him violently by breaking the door and window and without presenting any judicial document.
