Four Kurdish Kolbars(cross border porters), Mansour Azizi, Zanyar Ismailpour, Seyyed Anwar Hashemi, Rashid Lotfi, and Anwar Qadami were targeted and sustained injuries by the Iraqi and Iranian border patrols.

According to reports received by the Hengaw organization for Human Rights, on the morning of Tuesday the 12th of March, 2024, Mansour Azizi, a porter from the city of Horaman, was severely injured due to falling from the heights of Tete border in Horaman.

According to informed sources, he has been transferred by air to one of the hospitals in Sanandaj (Sine) due to the severity of the injuries.

On the other hand, on the evening of Monday, 11th of March, Zanyar Ismailpour, 30 years old from Sardasht, was detained by the Iraqi border guards at the HangaZhall border in Baneh, brutally assaulted and severely injured in the right hand area.

Also, on the same day 11th of March, at the HangaZhall border in Baneh a group of Kolbars were targeted by the Iranian border guards stationed at the HangaZhall border, in result three Kolbars by the name of Seyyed Anwar Hashemi, 40 years old, Rashid Lotfi and Anwar Qadami, 42 years old, both from Zivieh district of Saqez were injured.
