Kurdish kolbar severly wounded by direct fire from Iran Border Guards

Jamal Azizi, a kolbar from Saqqez, was severely injured as a result of direct gunfire by the Iranian border forces along the Baneh border.

According to a report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on the evening of Thursday, January 23, 2025, Jamal Azizi, 45 years old and a resident of Saqqez, was seriously wounded due to direct shooting by border forces in the "Hengazhal" area of the Baneh border.

Informed sources stated that the kolbar was shot with a Kalashnikov rifle and sustained severe spinal injuries. He has been transferred to a medical center for treatment.
