Baneh: Kurdish Kolbar injured by direct fire from Government Forces

Ahmad Karimzadeh, a Kurdish Kolbar from Baneh, was seriously wounded after being directly shot by Iran’s border guards and has been transferred to a hospital for treatment.

According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights Organization, at 7:00 AM on Friday, March 7, 2025, Ahmad Karimzadeh, a 36-year-old Kolbar from Baneh, was shot and injured by direct fire from Iran’s border guards in the village of Bardeh Rash in Baneh County.

A reliable source stated that Karimzadeh sustained gunshot wounds to both of his legs.

He was initially taken to Baneh Hospital, but due to the severity of his injuries, he was later transferred to medical facilities in Sanandaj for further treatment.
