Ashkan Hosseini and Farshid Mohseni, former Woman, Life, Freedom movement detainees, re-arrested in Tehran

Ashkan Hosseini and Farshid Mohseni, detainees of the "Jin, Jiyan, Azadi" (Woman, Life, Freedom) movement, were arrested by the Islamic Republic of Iran's security forces twelve days ago and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Sunday, March 2, 2025, Ashkan Hosseini, 40 years old, and Farshid Mohseni, both residents of Tehran were arrested by security forces.
Informed sources stated that, despite twelve days passing since their arrest, the families' efforts to obtain information about their fate and condition have been unsuccessful.
As of the time of this report, there is no accurate information on the reasons for their arrest, the charges brought against them, their place of detention, or their current condition.
It is worth mentioning that these two men had previously been arrested during the "Woman, Life, Freedom" movement.
