Six Balochs arrested across Sistan and Baluchestan Province

Six Balochs identified as Farzad Zarifdel, Eghbal Shahouzehi, Mehdi Dehmardeh, Adel Dehghani, Yasin Mahmoudzehi and Alireza Dehmardeh have been arrested by Iranian government forces and transferred to undisclosed locations.
According to information obtained by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Farzad Zarifdel, 25, Eghbal Shahouzehi, 22, and Mehdi Dehmardeh, 24, all from Zahedan, were arrested on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, on Keshavarz Street in Zahedan without the presentation of court warrants.
On the same day, Adel Dehghani, a 32-year-old fuel carrier from Bapatan village in Sarbaz County, was arrested by government forces near the Bapatan junction in Dashtiari County.
In a separate case, Yasin Mahmoudzehi, 18, from Shiravan village in Sib and Soran County, was arrested by plainclothes agents on Monday, June 15, 2026.
Earlier, on Saturday, June 6, 2026, Alireza Dehmardeh, a 21-year-old resident of Zibashahr in Zahedan who lacks official identity documents, was arrested at his home by plainclothes forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
Despite 14 days having passed since his arrest, Alireza Dehmardeh has only been permitted a single phone call with his family.
Repeated efforts by the families of these detainees to obtain information about their whereabouts and condition have so far been unsuccessful, heightening concerns about their fate.
No information has been made available regarding the reasons for their arrests, the charges against them, their places of detention, or their current conditions.
