Iranian security forces have arrested two Baloch men, identified as Hassan Rawanah and Kamal Koohi, from Jekigur village in Rask County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province.
According to information received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, 24-year-old Hassan Rawanah and 47-year-old Kamal Koohi were arrested on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
The Haalvsh news outlet, citing local sources, reported that the arrests took place at a security checkpoint in the city of Rask.
No information has been made available regarding the reasons for their arrests, the charges against them, or their current whereabouts.
