At least 37 Kurdish Kolbars and tradesmen were killed and wounded on the borders of Kurdistan in July. These statistics have increased by 16 case (76%) compared to the previous month. Last month, 21 Kolbars and tradesmen had been killed and injured. 
 
According to statistics recorded by the Statistics and Documentation Center of Hengaw Human Rights Organization, in July 2022, at least 37 Kolbars and tradesmen were killed and wounded on the borders of Kurdistan. 67% of the cases have been killed by direct fire from the Iranian armed forces. 
 
According to the report, 3 Kolbars and tradesmen have lost their lives, and 34 Kolbars and tradesmen have been injured. 
  
Most of the registered victims are in Kurdistan province (Sanandaj) with 20 cases.
 
Reasons for death or injury 
 
Direct fire: 24 cases (3 killed and 21 wounded) equal to 67% of the total cases 
 
Natural hazards: 13 cases (13 wounded) equal to 33% of the total cases 
 
Separation of victims by province 
 
West Azerbaijan Province (Urmia): No case has been registered
Kurdistan Province (Sanandaj): 20 cases including (3 killed and 17 injured) 
Kermanshah province: 17 cases including (17 injured) 
 
Armed Forces Shooter 
 
Border Regiment: 23 cases (2 killed and 21 wounded) 
Police Forces: 1 case (1 killed)
