30 months imprisonment for persons flying the Kurdistan flag

hengaw: According to Hangaw, an independent website dedicated to covering news on the human rights abuses and violations under the terrorist and occupying regime of Iran, Mohammad Nizhad Hussaini from Mariwan-East Kurdistan has been sentenced to two years imprisonment for 'raising the Kurdish flag' in the city. Mr. Hussaini is from 'Nizhmar' village in Mariwan and is held in the city's central prison where he has been denied family visitation for the last 8-month.
