A Kolbar killed by direct fire from the Iranian Armed Forces on the borders of Sardasht

Hengaw: A cobbler from Sardasht Has been killed by direct fire From the Iranian Border Security forces while crossing the borders of this city.

According to a report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, on Saturday, June 26, 2021, the Iranian Border Security forces Opened fire on a group of Kolbars on the “ Dolabi” border in Sardasht and killed one of them. Identified as "Wahid Mohammadpour " from "Biran" village.  He was married and the father of three children.

According to statistics recorded by the Statistics and Data Documentation Center of Hengaw Human Rights Organization, at least 60 Kolbar were targeted on the borders of Kurdistan during spring 2021, 12 of whom lost their lives.
