A young Kolbar, 28, from Saqqez identified as Keyvan Alipur, was wounded by direct fire from border regiment forces during a military operation on the border of "Kila" in Baneh on the evening of Monday, August 8, 2022.
According to the report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, Keyvan Alipour was shot by border regiment forces in the Kurdistan region of Iraq and was seriously wounded in the chest.
It should be noted that Keyvan Alipour is currently under special care at Salahaddin Ayubi Hospital in Baneh, and he is going to undergo surgery in the coming days.
