A young Kolbar from Baneh, named Shahram Waseli, was killed by direct fire from the Iranian border guards while crossing the border areas near this city.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Human Rights Organization, on the evening of October 9, 2022, the Iranian border guards opened fire on a number of Kolbars at the Hengezhal border area near Baneh, Kurdistan province.
Hengaw’s sources have reported that as a result of the shooting from these forces, a young Kolber named Shahram Vasili lost his life.
Also, the reports indicate that two other Kolbars were injured, whose identity has not been confirmed for Hengaw yet.
