As the repression and intimidation continue in Paveh, during the last 10 days, at least 17 Kurdish citizens have been arrested or abducted by the Iranian government forces.

According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, a 22-year-old Kurdish citizen from Paveh named Armin Azizi was abducted by Iranian government forces.

On the other hand, on Friday, November 25, 2022, Adib Manouchehri, 26 years old, and Shayan Enferadi were abducted by Iranian government forces. On the same day, two other brothers, Peyman and Pedram Darbandi, were also abducted by these forces.

Also, two brothers named Peyman Gholami and Siwan Gholami were arrested on Monday, November 21, 2022, and a citizen named Aso Moradian was arrested on Saturday, November 19, 2022.

According to what Hengaw received, on Friday, November 18, 2022, Salam Shamsadini, Peshawa Darudgar, 24 years old, Arvin Iqbali, Saman Maazi, 22 years old, and two brothers named Azhwan Sadeghi and Aso Sadeghi, both 19 years old, Pouyan Rahmani, Alan Rahmati, and Arvin Hosseini were also abducted by Iranian government forces.

According to Hengaw’s sources, Salam Shamsadini is being interrogated in the Iranian Intelligence Detention Center in Paveh, and there is currently no accurate information on the whereabouts of 12 other citizens.
