Babak Faramarzi, a citizen from Mahabad, is still in the prison of this city in uncertainty after a month of the arrest.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Babak's arrest has continued for the past 40 days while he has been deprived of access to a lawyer and basic rights.
Also, the citizen has been deprived of the right to visit his family in person.
Babak Faramarzi was arrested by the government forces on Saturday, November 19, 2022, during the popular resistance in Mahabad, and after a period of interrogation, he was transferred to the central prison.
