A Kolbar from Sanandaj, named Jafar Fatehi, was seriously injured by direct fire from the Iranian border guards on the borders of Nowsud and was taken to a medical center.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Saturday, March 4, 2023, Jafar Fatehi, 45 years old and from the village of "Karjo" in Sanandaj, was directly shot by the Iranian border guards in Nowsud, Paveh, Kermanshah province.
According to an informed source, this Kolbar was transferred to the Kowsar hospital in Sanandaj for medical treatment after being injured.
It is worth mentioning that Jafar Fatehi is married and has three children.
