Natasha Khezri Javadi, a resident of Tehran, has been sentenced by the criminal court of Tehran  to one year of imprisonment, three lashes, and the obligation to write an article.
 

Based on information received by the Hengaw organization for Human Rights, Natasha Khezri Javadi, 42 year-old was recently found guilty by Branch 1191 of the Tehran Criminal Court for the charge of "disturbing public order." She has been handed a sentence of one year in prison, three lashes, and the task of writing an article. The prison sentence has been suspended for a period of two years.
 

The official court verdict was delivered to Mrs. Khezri Javadi on Sunday, June 19th, 2023. 
 

On Monday June 18th, 2023, Following a bail for two hundred million tomans, Mrs. Khezri Javadi was temporarily released from Gharchak Varamin Prison. 
 

Javad Khezri Javadi, the father of Mrs. Khademi Javadi, also faced charges of "plotting and collusion" in a trial conducted by Branch 29 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court on June 13th. He was released from Evin Prison at the end of that month after posting a bail of five hundred million tomans.
 

Natasha Khezri Javadi and her father, Mr. Khezri Javadi, were apprehended on May 19th by the government forces on the streets of Sattarkhan, Tehran.
