A young Kurdish “Kolber” (courier) from the city of Sardasht, by the name Arsalan Rasouli, was killed by direct gunfire to the chest by the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
According to reports received by the Hengaw organization for Human Rights, at 7 AM on Sunday, the 13th of August, 2023, Arsalan Rasouli, a 29-year-old porter from the Nelas district of Sardasht County, was killed by direct gunfire from border patrol forces stationed at the "Hangazhal" border crossing in Baneh.
An informed source mentioned that Arsalan Rasouli was targeted by border patrol forces stationed at the Hangazhal border crossing, was shot directly from a close range, hitting him in the chest.
Hengaw has learned that Arsalan Rasouli's body is currently at the Salah aldin Ayoubi Hospital in Baneh.
