Luqman Ahmadpour, a Kolbar hailing from Baneh, sustained severe injuries as a result of direct fire from the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the border region known as "Hangazhall." Following the incident, he was swiftly transported to medical facilities in Tabriz for urgent treatment.
According to reports obtained by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on the evening of Monday, October 30, 2023, Luqman Ahmadpour, aged 45 and a resident of the village of "Manijalan" in Baneh, fell victim to the direct fire unleashed by the border regiment forces near the Hangazhall border.
Reliable sources have confirmed that Luqman Ahmadpour sustained severe injuries to his shoulder due to the direct gunfire from government forces, leaving his health in a precarious state.
Hengaw has been informed that, due to the gravity of his injuries, this Kolbar has been transferred to a medical facility within the city of Tabriz for essential medical treatment.
