According to reports acquired by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on the evening of Tuesday, November 7, 2023, border regiment forces stationed at the Hangazhall-Baneh border claimed the life of Azad Sattarpanah, a 43-year-old Kolbar from Saqqez and a father of two children from the village of Darreh Ziarat, Saqqez. Additionally, they critically wounded another Kolbar, Sirajaldin Saqqez, hailing from the village of "Darreh Panbeh Dan, Saqqez" through gunfire.
