A young Kolbar from Bukan named Farzad Azizi was wounded by direct fire from border regiment forces in the Hengazhall border lines of Baneh.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Wednesday night, November 22, 2023, border regiment forces stationed in the Hengazhall borderlines of Baneh opened fire on Farzad Azizi, a 23-year-old Kolbar from Bukan, resulting in severe injuries.
According to informed sources, Farzad Azizi was shot with pellet guns within two metres proximity. He sustained severe wounds in the back.
Due to his critical condition, this young Kolbar was transferred to Shahoda Hospital in Tabriz.
