Border Regiment Forces Wound Four Kolbars in Recent Incident

At the borders of Baneh, Shakhawan Ahmadi and Omid Yazdani, two young residents of Saqqez, along with two others identified as Parviz (last name unknown) from Kermanshah, and Hossam Fatehi from Sanandaj, sustained serious injuries as a result of direct gunfire from government armed forces.

According to reports obtained by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on the evening of Monday, December 4, 2023, 20-year-old Shakhawan Ahmadi and 23-year-old Omid Yazdani, both Kolbars from Saqqez, sustained severe injuries due to gunfire from the border regiment forces near the "Hengazhall" border in Baneh.

Preceding this incident, on the evening of Saturday, December 2, 2023, a Kolbar named Parviz from Kermanshah was injured by direct fire, and Hossam Fatehi, a Kolbar from the village of Karjo in Sanandaj, suffered injuries during a pursuit by the Hengazhall Baneh border regiment forces.

Shakhawan Ahmadi and Parviz sustained severe leg injuries from direct shotgun shots, while Hossam Fatehi was seriously injured in the hand after falling from a height while seeking refuge from the firing by the Baneh border regiment.
