Diako Mohammadi, a 17-year-old kolbar from Divandarreh, was critically wounded by gunshots from Iranian government armed forces at the Seyran-Band border in Baneh, Sanandaj province.

According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights on Friday, February 2, 2024, Diako Mohammadi fell victim to a shotgun attack by the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Simultaneously, on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, 30-year-old Mohammad Amin Rostami, another individual from Divandarreh, was also wounded at the Hangazhall border of Baneh, with his overall health condition reported as critical.

According to data registered by the Statistics and Documents Center of the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, January 2024 witnessed at least 50 kolbars either wounded or killed by direct gunfire from the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Alarmingly, six of these cases involved teenage kolbars.
